What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
To ensure food safety and quality, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, powders, syrups, or opened consumable products. For non-consumable items like machinery or smallwares, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.
Are your products compatible with other beverage equipment brands?
Our syrups, powders, and toppings are designed to be universal. Our cups and lids are specifically sized (e.g., 92mm, 95mm, 98mm); please ensure you match the diameter of the cup with the corresponding lid size for a secure fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, LollicupStore ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer direct international shipping through our website at this time, but we can work with freight forwarders for large export orders.
